Rise Up! Community Sings

Ever wanted to join a choir without having to commit to weekly rehearsal?   If so, I’ve got an instant and magnificent choral experience for you!  Saturday afternoon “Rise Up! Community Sings” will return to Santa Cruz this fall.  Songs of peace, love & justice in glorious harmony.   $15-20 sliding scale entry unless otherwise noted.  No one turned away due to finances.   Buy tickets here.

All second Saturdays unless otherwise noted, all @ 1:30pm and unless otherwise noted, all sings are held at Mt Calvary Lutheran Church in Soquel (2402 Cabrillo College Dr):
 
Sept 13 —Welcome to the Circle—celebrating 15 years of doing this thing of bringing songs to all the spaces where we live and struggle.  Faves from my booklets.
 
**Oct 18  –NO KINGS PROTEST Street Corner Choir!   Santa Cruz CA -10:30am corner of Pacific & Cooper (in front of former O’Neill’s store)
 
Nov 15 — Songs of Liberation and Resistance–to help us continue fighting for what is right
 
Dec 6  — –Annual Women’s Tea & Sing*—space limited: special ticket by reservation only.  *Location sent with ticket; includes music, scones and tea. Solstice songs & more.
